On site visits - We have a checklist that we have compiled of our own that we can implement for you. Alternatively, we will work with you and compile a checklist specifically for your unique needs. Visits can be arranged whilst you are on the premises or whilst you're away. Visits can be made once or on a number of occasions over a period of time. We will compile a report and send this to you containing all of the information we have found.

Over the phone - If your business relies a lot on your staff speaking to clients over the phone, are they doing this in the way they have been trained? Do you have particular criteria for them to follow? Do they follow this? We can find out for you.

Rival companies - We can also visit your competitors for you to find out how they are performing and answer any questions you may have about them. We can then visit you if you wish so you can compare your own standards.
